Yoga At Maggie's is the charity appeal story of Julie Simpson, a Personal Trainer who holds Yoga sessions at Maggie's Centres, in Lanarkshire, to help Cancer patients and their families through a difficult time. Absolute Wellness and Jumbled Up Productions have produced a simple, 30 minute, Instructional Yoga Video for purchase, with all proceeds going towards the "Pay For A Day" Appeal at Maggie's.
